Agreement
These terms apply when you access or use TattooDesk, including the website, artist dashboard, mobile app, booking forms, consent forms, deposit request tools, and related services. If you use TattooDesk for a studio or business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that studio or business.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use TattooDesk.
What TattooDesk does
TattooDesk provides workflow software for tattoo artists and studios. The service can help users manage booking requests, calendars, appointment types, client records, deposit requests, consent forms, artist profiles, studio settings, and related admin.
TattooDesk is not a tattoo studio, artist, medical provider, payment institution, legal adviser, tax adviser, or emergency service.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account, studio, artist, and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.
- Studio owners are responsible for managing linked artists, staff permissions, studio details, and client information inside their workspace.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Trials, plans, and billing
TattooDesk may offer a free trial, paid plans, or plan limits such as artist limits. Trial length, pricing, included features, and limits may change over time, but any paid plan terms shown to you at the point of purchase will apply to that purchase.
TattooDesk mobile apps do not sell subscriptions or upgrades inside the app. Subscription and plan management may be handled through the TattooDesk web account and billing flow, where available.
Client bookings and deposits
Artists and studios are responsible for the tattoo services they offer, including pricing, deposits, cancellations, refunds, appointment suitability, age checks, health and safety checks, licensing, and local legal compliance.
Deposit tools and payment links are provided to support real-world tattoo appointment payments between the client and the artist or studio. TattooDesk may show payment status, but the connected payment provider processes the payment.
Consent forms
TattooDesk can collect and display consent form information, including important health notes such as allergies or relevant medical details. Artists and studios remain responsible for reviewing consent information, deciding whether an appointment can proceed, and meeting professional, insurance, licensing, and legal duties.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TattooDesk for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to break security controls, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use TattooDesk to send spam or unwanted messages.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use TattooDesk to collect sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for the booking or consent workflow and you have the right to collect it.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit to TattooDesk, such as studio names, logos, artist profiles, booking notes, client records, and consent form content. You give TattooDesk permission to host, process, display, send, and back up that content as needed to provide and protect the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TattooDesk reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or limit features where needed to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or protect the service.
Third-party services
TattooDesk may integrate with third-party services such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, calendar, or app store providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Liability
TattooDesk is provided as workflow software. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, client disputes, tattoo service disputes, payment provider issues, or decisions made by artists or studios based on information submitted through TattooDesk.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the service is being misused, payment is overdue, account information is inaccurate, or suspension is needed to protect TattooDesk, users, clients, or the public.
You can request account deletion from the app or by contacting info@tattoodesk.ink.
